Happy 95th birthday Finland

December 6, 2012

Generally I don’t really care about the Finnish independence day. Or sure, I’m happy about it, but I don’t really celebrate it. But this year it’s different. Since we moved from Finland my patriotism has grown a bit, and that’s why I’ll be rocking a Finnish ice hockey jersey to celebrate our 95 years of independence.

So here’s our national anthem (And yes, it’s the Swedish version), have some kalakukko and be happy that Finland is a free country.
